Dr. Jim Hamilton
Jim is a certified Executive Coach and certified Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also certified as a coach through PrinciplesYou, the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI), and SRS in Ministry Partner Development / Via. He earned the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Team Coaching Individual Accreditation (ITCA) at the foundation and practitioner levels to become a Systemic Team Coach through GTCI. Jim is also a Birkman Certified Professional. Birkman is the trusted partner for the biggest brands in industries ranging from technology to space exploration, aeronautics to oil and gas exploration, and nonprofits to championship-winning sports teams.
Dr. Zachary Hamilton
Zach is a decorated United States Air Force (USAF) veteran. Zach has a Doctor of Transformational Leadership and a M.A. in Civic and Social Entrepreneurship. As a capacity builder and transition management specialist, Zach has led numerous social and professional organizations through intense, high pressure situations. As a community organizer, Zach has catalyzed peer-based personal and professional development programs in several prison systems throughout the U.S. These programs continue to impact hundreds of men each year. Zach is a trained coach through CoachNet Global and QuickStep Coach Training.
